Once the problem has been diagnosed, we will promptly repair it using the highest quality products and parts. Our work will be completed to the highest standard so you can rest assured that when we leave, not only will your house be as we found it, your appliance or system will be operating correctly. All repairs using our high quality products come with a 12 month guarantee. This means no additional charges if the part we have fitted becomes faulty. We will return and replace the component free of charge. When carrying out any repairs or enhancements to your boiler or system, we will ensure that we carry out all the necessary safety tests to make sure your new and improved boiler is safe (including carbon monoxide tests), and operating as it should.
