Gas Appliance, Boiler or Central Heating System Breakdown - 1 hour with full diagnostics time to locate the fault. If the fault can be repaired within the first hour then this will be included in the price.
(If parts are required to complete the repair, they will be charged as an additional item. We will keep you fully informed of what is required and will only fit parts with your approval). 

If the fault can not be repaired in the first hour then a fixed price quotation will be provided to repair the problem.

Job report given and all relevant safety checks performed.

Landlord Gas Safety Certificates - A check on the gas meter, pipework and up to 2 appliances,  Carbon monoxide alarm check and central heating system check. Job Report and certificate can be issued upon the day of completion. This can be emailed directly to the Landlord, letting agents and tenants. A service reminder for the following year.

Annual Boiler Safety check - A basic safety check and clean of your boiler. Carbon monoxide alarm and basic central heating system check. Job Report and certificate issued upon completion

Full Boiler Service - Boiler will be serviced to the Manufacturers instructions. (If the boiler has not been recently serviced then we may advise additional work to be carried out at the time of service.) Carbon monoxide alarm check and central heating system check including controls, pump, hot water cylinder and radiators etc. Job report and certificate issued upon completion and an annual service reminder issued the following year.

Back Boiler Fire or Open Flued Boiler Service - As per annual boiler safety check with additional strip/clean and safety checks included. Carbon monoxide alarm check and central heating system check including controls, pump, hot water cylinder and radiators etc. Job Report and certificate issued upon completion and an annual service reminder issued the following year.

Cooker or Hob Installation - Appliance will be fitted to current regulations using manufacturers instructions, gas tightness test included. Certificate issued upon completion and an annual service reminder issued the following year.
